sunrenee.fun 是一个个人技术站点，账号只通过邀请开放。本页说明你注册和使用账号时，我们收集哪些信息，以及如何使用和保存。
1. 收集的信息
- 账号信息: 用户名、姓名、邮箱地址，以及邮箱是否已验证。
- passkey: 注册时你的设备会生成一对密钥，我们只保存其中的公钥和设备类型等信息。指纹、面容等生物特征只在你自己的设备上使用，不会传给我们。
- 登录记录: 登录等账号操作的时间、IP 地址和浏览器信息，用于安全审计。
- Cookie: 只用来保持登录状态，不用于广告或跟踪。
2. 用途
- 登录和身份验证。
- 发送账号相关的邮件: 邮箱验证、新设备登录提醒、管理员为你发出的一次性登录码。
- 排查安全问题。
这些信息不用于广告或营销，不出售、不出租给任何人。本站不做访问统计。
3. 邮件发送
账号邮件通过阿里云邮件推送服务发出，阿里云在发送过程中会处理收件地址和邮件内容。邮件由系统自动发出，发件地址 noreply@mail.sunrenee.fun 不接收回复。
4. 存储地点和期限
- 数据存放在位于中国北京的阿里云服务器上。
- 账号信息保存到账号删除为止。
- 登录记录保存 90 天后自动删除。
- 服务器数据会做加密备份，备份存放在站点管理员自己的设备上，最长保留 12 个月。账号删除后，旧备份中的数据会随备份到期一并删除。
5. 你的权利
你可以在账号页面自行修改姓名和邮箱，查看和删除自己的 passkey。如需导出或删除账号，请联系邀请你的管理员。
6. 变更
本政策有变化时，我们会更新本页并修改上方的更新日期。

sunrenee.fun is a personal tech site. Accounts are available by invitation only. This page explains what we collect when you register and use an account, and how we use and keep it.
1. What we collect
- Account details: username, name, email address, and whether the email is verified.
- Passkeys: your device creates a key pair when you register. We store only the public key and basic device information. Fingerprint or face data stays on your device and is never sent to us.
- Sign-in records: time, IP address and browser information of sign-ins and other account events, kept for security auditing.
- Cookies: used only to keep you signed in, not for advertising or tracking.
2. How we use it
- Signing you in and verifying your identity.
- Sending account emails: email verification, new-device sign-in alerts, and one-time login codes sent by an administrator.
- Investigating security issues.
We do not use this information for advertising or marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone. The site runs no analytics.
3. Email delivery
Account emails are sent through Alibaba Cloud DirectMail, which processes the recipient address and message content to deliver them. Emails are sent automatically from noreply@mail.sunrenee.fun, which does not accept replies.
4. Where and how long we keep it
- Data is stored on Alibaba Cloud servers in Beijing, China.
- Account details are kept until the account is deleted.
- Sign-in records are deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Server data is backed up in encrypted form on the site administrator's own hardware and kept for up to 12 months. After an account is deleted, its data is removed from backups as they expire.
5. Your rights
You can change your name and email and view or delete your passkeys on your account page. To export or delete your account, contact the administrator who invited you.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
